Submission Process

The abstract submission process is built in to the registration process.To participate as a poster presenter, you must register as an individual participant by Friday, August 17, 2018, and select Poster Submission at the end to submit an abstract (500-word maximum) detailing your research. If your poster is selected, you will be notified by email no later than Friday, Aug. 31, 2018.

·         Submit poster proposals by Friday, August 17, 2018.

·         Include an abstract. (500 word maximum)

·         Reference all authors.

·         Lead presenter should submit the poster abstract.

·         Co-presenters should register for the summit separately.

Research posters may be submitted with reference to multiple authors. Poster co-authors who want to attend the Summit will need to register and submit payment separately.
