Winner must sign a legal contract with the Hemi Hideout that will hold the renter responsible for damages. Venue rental is for four hours and guests must be at least 12 years of age. Must hire Elegant Valet Service for $605 and pay $2.50 per person to cover the cost of sodas and water. Event caterer must be on the Hemi Hideout preferred caterer list. Venue rental includes twenty five 60” round tables, six rectangular tables, 200 metal folding chairs and two security officers. Venue rental expires March 1, 2017.
