2025 Houston Heart Ball Featured Survivor, Ally Babineaux


Ally Smith BabineauxSince 2011, Ally Smith Babineaux, known as the “Bionic Bride" featured on the ‘Today’ show, has inspired others after receiving a mechanical heart pump that kept her alive until a heart transplant became available. Overcoming personal challenges, she now uses her experience with heart disease to educate others through her company, Bionic Bride, L.L.C., offering motivational talks on heart disease awareness. Ally has shared her story with audiences ranging from grade school children to women at conferences, and to families with a loved one who is waiting in the hospital for an LVAD or a transplant of his or her own. In 2021 Ally was named the Houston Go Red for Women, Woman of Impact winner after raising over $26,000 for the American Heart Association.
